About Us

A&M developments was established in 2002 in Potsdam, Germany. In 2006 it started to operate its projects in Romania & UAE. Early on 2008 it has established its office in Cairo. It is a Limited Liability Company LLC with fully paid capital of €10 MIO.

In the late of 2002 A&M developments abolished for the first time the German historical construction company «Kortmann Bauunternehmen». It has been established for the first time on 1837 in Lünen and Dortmund. Thus A&M could combine history with modernity.

A&M developments shared a dream of creating an industry-leading firm dedicated to making the world a better place. After acquiring the whole shares of Bauunternehmen Kortmann, A&M developments could add the architectural heritage of The Bauunternehmen Kortmann to its entity.

Since then, more than 6 companies have joined A&M to become a publicly development company on the city of Schönefeld in Germany.

Today, it is listed on the Public German Fortune as one of German’s largest companies, A&M’s talented employees- including architects, engineers, designers, planners, scientists and management professionals now serves clients in more than 140 countries around the world.
